How to write a project proposal
We ask you for a project proposal that states the main subject area you wish to research and how you propose to research it. To give you an impression of what a project proposal may look like, here are real examples written by students.
Applications are welcome throughout the year. The application deadline for the 2017-2018 academic year is May 31, 2017. Please apply on time. Overseas students will need extra time to arrange for visa and funding.
We aim to let you know the results of your application within a month after the application deadline. Based on your application, the admissions committee will decide whether you meet the entry requirements. If you live in the Netherlands, the admissions committee may select you for an interview. If you live outside the Netherlands, you may be contacted for additional information and a Skype interview. As soon as the admissions committee has made a selection, you will receive a letter stating whether or not you have been admitted to the programme. If you are offered a place on the programme you will receive a registration form with which you formalise your registration.
The tuition fee per annum varies based on your nationality and your previous studies in the Netherlands. Consult our student service centre for the tuition fee applicable to your situation.
